Of course you can contact us at any time via email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, but we thought we’d answer a few of the most common questions for you here!
What ages/sizes do your hats and crowns fit?
All of our hats and crowns are adjustable – our hats are made with soft and stretchy hat elastic and our crowns are made with cotton tape which can be tied to fit – which means that they will fit teeny baby heads all the way to adults. This allows them to be used year after year!
How can I personalise my item?
Our hats, crowns, wands and badges can be personalised by adding either an initial, number or in some cases a name. The option to personalise each item is available at the checkout stage in the "special instructions to seller" box. If you have questions about what personalisation can and can't be included on an item, or wish to place a special bespoke order, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We love making one off pieces!
Do you offer bespoke items?
Yes we do! Each of our items is one of a kind because it is handmade, but we know that sometimes you may have something extra super-duper special in mind....In that case we are more than happy to work with you on that special item with different fabrics, colours and prints, so please get in contact!!! Can I launder my items?
We ask that you please only carefully spot clean our items when required and leave to dry naturally. Please do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Please do not use bleach or laundry powder/liquid that contains bleach.
Can I send your gorgeous items as a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes of course! There is an option to add a different shipping address at the checkout. If you would like to include a handwritten note please let us know by leaving a message in the order notes and we will kindly oblige! We also offer gift certificates if you just cant make up your mind!
