This velvet cape is all kinds of sparkly magic. The softest blue velvet with silver stars and moons and the most gorgeous star sequin material makes this so special. The best part is it is one size and will fit for their entire childhood! This cape is heavier than my tulle capes so it is most suitable from about 4 years onwards.
